Meghdoot - New Nagpur

The GoM, appointed CIDCO as SPA for development of new township near Nagpur named as Meghdoot Project on 25th October, 1996. An area of 6,841 hectares was denotified by GoM whereas 1,467 hectares was transferred to MADC for MIHAN project. CIDCO purchased 20 hectares from MIDC for housing and plotted developments.
