New Aurangabad

 

CIDCO was appointed as Special Planning Authority (SPA) for New Aurangabad on 30th October, 1972. Over an area of total 1,012 hectares of land, It has constructed 21,012 houses; emphasizing on gardens and playground, and handed over to Aurangabad Municipal Corporation on 1st April, 2006.

CIDCO Auditorium, New Aurangabad

This state-of-the-art auditorium budgeted at Rs.4 crores, constructed by CIDCO within an area of 7,832 sq.m., has the capacity of 1,100 viewers in two tiers with a huge Exhibition area (530sq.m.) and a free standing grand staircase. It was inaugurated on 21st November, 2008 and was handed over to the Municipal Corporation on 16th April, 2010

Haj House Project at Aurangabad

This project entrusted to CIDCO as a Deposit Work by the GoM with the approved amount of Rs.29.88 crores; is to be constructed on behalf of Minority Development Department. It is an iconic complex of city with proposed amenities like 24 dormitories with toilets and vazu facilities, VIP family rooms, canteen and dining facility, prayer halls, etc.

Vande Mataram Auditorium at Aurangabad

Vande Mataram Auditorum has been entrusted to CIDCO as a Deposit Work by the GoM to be executed for and on behalf of Higher & Technical Education Department, with approval of Rs. 23.75 crores by GoM. This auditorium is a tribute to the national song through its architecture. This centre entrusts creativity in performing arts through its facilities like art gallery, exhibition space, auditorium with 1050 seats, artist and VIP rooms,etc
