Assam Bhavan

Assam Bhavan has carved out its own niche amongst the Guest Houses of North -Eastern states. The state government has constructed a permanent guest House and an emporium to showcase the cultural heritage of the state on plot admeasuring 3452 sq. mts. area. CIDCO has worked as an architectural and project consultant for this project. The plot is situated at strategic location in front of Vashi Railway Station alongside the Sion-Panvel Highway.

The Ground + 4 floor building provides spacious lodging-boarding facilities for VIP’s. Government officials coming in Maharashtra for administrative purpose and tourists get temporary accommodation facilities. Students who come to Maharashtra to appear for competitive exams also get facilities for short term stay along with study facilities such as reference library. Patients from Assam state who come in Maharashtra for cancer treatment are provided accommodation on priority basis. The Bhavan houses multilevel parking facility of ground + 2 floors building within premises.
