CIDCO CONSTRUCTED PROPERTIES
A survey of CIDCO constructed properties - Tenements & Shops - was conducted between 15th February 2017 and 15th May 2018. Initiated by the Marketing Department the survey was executed by the Statistics Department and was conducted by Dhruv Consultancy for CIDCO. The documents submitted by owners to surveyors were verified from records of Town Services I & II.
The data provides current status of properties constructed by CIDCO since 1970 with the information of sale from the first party to the present one. It was CIDCO’s endeavor to identify the unsold properties, vacant tenements, unauthorized occupants with a view to creating authentic database for better administration and revenue generation. It gives year-wise information of every node, housing project, registered housing society and dwelling unit.
In accordance with the policy of transparency CIDCO is making the data public through this its website. Individual citizen can check and verify information about his property on the portal.Statistics department, CIDCO also facilitates public to rectify and update their personal details in the questionnaire format only.
All that a citizen has to do is:
- Register your mobile number to system
- OTP is generated on concerned mobile handset
- Re-enter OTP to system for registration and log-in
- Information of your tenement/commercial unit is displayed
