CIDCO has successfully introduced QR code-based ticketing on Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1, marking a major upgrade in the AFC ticketing system. Inaugurated by Shri. Shantanu Goel, JMD, CIDCO at Belapur Metro Station on 17.06.2025.

On the occasion, Shri Santosh Ombhase, SE (Metro), Shri Milind Raorane, GM (O&M), Shri Harish Gupta, ED, Maha Metro, and other officers and employees were present.
