GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL @ CIDCO

As part of Transparency Initiative, CIDCO has endeavored to provide efficient and time bound services with better interface and experience to citizens.The online Grievance Redressal System willhelp toensure accountability, transparency and responsiveness in grievance redressal process.

Citizen can also register complaints at the citizens facilitation centre(CFC) at ground floor CIDCO Bhavan; CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

The important elements of this system are as below:

1)Online registration of Grievance

2)Facility to upload documents, images etc. pertaining to their complaint

3)Department-wise Grievance Redressal officer for resolving, answering any queries and keeping track of the complaints and redressal of complaint

4)Service delivery mechanism as per Citizen Charter and pre-defined response time

5)An escalation mechanism to address non-response to any complaint/ grievance by concerned Grievance Redressal Officer

6)Mechanism for the citizens to view the status and resolution of grievances online Railway station ofc
