Public notice for cancellation of intended but unallotted plot in Raigad district under 12.5% Scheme

A node / file wise list of intended but not allotted plot in the Panvel and Uran taluka of Raigad district of CIDCO Lands, 12.5% Division is available on the website of the CIDCO Corporation at "https://cidco.maharashtra.gov.in". Also, this list has been made available to the concerned Gram Panchayat Office. It has been proposed to cancel the intent letter of plots and intend same to other needy PAPs. Prior to canceling the said letter, the Land Owner / heirs / authorized person will be given the opportunity to make claim/appeal. Node wise days have been fixed, concerned PAPs are requested to be present at 7 TH Floor, Land Section, Cidco Bhavan from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm along with necessary documents in case they have any objection / claim on following respective dates. Please note Developable plots are considered in this list
