As per RBI Guidelines all cards (physical and virtual) shall be enabled for use only at contact-based points of usage [viz. ATM's and Point of Sale (POS) devices] within India. For card not present (Domestic and International) transactions Card holder has to enable the card for such transaction by using Bank/Card application or contact their bank/branch to enable the Card for Card not Present Transaction.
Citizen interested to receive the bill on E-Mail & SMS on Mobile will be granted 50/- discount one time only. Interested citizens may please enter authentic Email id & Mobile no. during payment process. Citizen who accept 50/- discount will not be eligible to receive hard copy by post henceforth.
( Yes, I agree to receive the bill on email/mobile/sms & further, I agree that the paper bill is not required to be sent henceforth. )
NOTE: The services of e-payment of Service Charges & Water Charges bill is absolutely free for CIDCO Consumers for all types of transactions. However CIDCO reserves the right to charge and recover from the User, fees for availing the Service.
