Functions of the Department are as follows:
Preparation of Project Report of each Node from time to time.
Fixation of "Reserve Price" of Balance Saleable Land of each Node based on Project Report or as a Marketing Strategy for each year.
Financial and Economic Viability study of each New Project.
Formulation of New Land Pricing Policy from time to time.
Fixation of Sale Price of CIDCO constructed tenements/shops etc. (based on the Final Completion Cost of Building
furnished by Engineering Section and Plot/B.U. area details furnished by Planning/Architectural Section).
Advising the Management on issues pertaining to land pricing etc.
