Economics Department
Functions of the Department are as follows:
- Preparation of Project Report of each Node from time to time.
- Fixation of "Reserve Price" of Balance Saleable Land of each Node based on Project Report or as a Marketing Strategy for each year.
- Financial and Economic Viability study of each New Project.
- Formulation of New Land Pricing Policy from time to time.
- Fixation of Sale Price of CIDCO constructed tenements/shops etc. (based on the Final Completion Cost of Building
- furnished by Engineering Section and Plot/B.U. area details furnished by Planning/Architectural Section).
- Advising the Management on issues pertaining to land pricing etc.

- Revision in the reserve price of land in various nodes and surrounding areas in the Navi Mumbai for the year 2017-18 from 1st April 2017 to 31th March 2018

- Revision in the reserve price of land in various nodes and surrounding areas in the Navi Mumbai for the year 2018-19 from 1st April 2018 to 31th March 2019

- Revision in the reserve price of land in various nodes and surrounding areas in the Navi Mumbai for the year 2019-20 from 1st April 2019 to 31th March 2020
