IT & Special Projects

The department looks after the marketing of built-up properties in the IT Parks developed by CIDCO. Functions of the Department are as follows:

  • International Infotech Park, Vashi

  • International Technology Centre, Belapur

  • Commercial Complexes Juinagar and Nerul Railway Stations

  • Marketing of premises at New Railway Station Complexes

Marketing of Information Technology Plots and allotment of plots to various State Governments for establishing Guest Houses in Sector 30A, Vashi.

Special Projects:

  • Integrated Complex at Seawoods railway Station

  • CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi

  • Golf Course and Country Club at Kharghar

  • Heritage Centre at Kharghar

  • International Diplomatic Enclave at Airoli
